Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
The information we collect depends on the context of your interactions with Tappi, your account settings, and the products or features you use. Generally, we collect several types of information from and about our Artists, including information:
- by which you may be personally identified, such as contact information, account log-in credentials, payment information and troubleshooting and support information, including your first and last name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address, and credit card information (

); - that is about you but does not identify you, such as demographic information and your occupation, organization, general location and/or
- about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Site (e.g. Desktop v. Mobile) usage details.

These communications are considered transactional and are necessary for account management. Artists and Fans cannot opt out of these messages unless you cancel your Tappi account.
ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION
You can review and change your Personal Information by logging into the Site and visiting your account profile page.
You may also send us an e-mail at support@tappi.vip to request access to, correct or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
If you delete your User Submission from the Site, copies of your User Submission may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Site users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Site, including User Submissions, is governed by our terms of service.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
In delivering our Service, we engage with external companies and individuals, known as Service Providers,
to manage and execute specific tasks. These tasks include providing the Service, conducting Service-related activities, and helping us understand how our Service is utilized.
